Refund Policy

Race Plan — 7-day guarantee

If you purchase a Race Plan ($19 one-time) and are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchase at hello@neverwall.co with your order email address. We will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Season Pass — 14-day guarantee

If you purchase a Season Pass ($49/year) and are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@neverwall.co with your order email address. We will issue a full refund and cancel your subscription, no questions asked.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

After a refund

Once refunded, we ask that you delete any copies of the plan you downloaded.
